EU carbon jumps 10 pct after backloading details issued

LONDON, Feb 28 (Reuters) - European carbon prices jumped by as much as 10 percent on Friday, recovering from big losses earlier this week, as confidence rose after final details of an EU plan to withhold supply were published late on Thursday.
